We interviewed Loulou Fuglsang, one of our customers, to share her experience with the Beau Rivage custom process.
Our road bike, the Beau Rivage, comes in standard sizes and can also be made to measure. As an exclusive option, we carry out a postural study to determine your body dimensions, which we then pass on to our Italian craftsmen, who make the frame by hand.

What differences do you find between the road bikes you've tried and your Beau Rivage?
Loulou: The main difference is that I feel the bike is made for me. I find it very dynamic, rigid and light. I feel great on it, it's the first time I really enjoy a bike, without back pain.
What are the advantages of a postural study?
Loulou: I think it's really important. This study helps a lot to find the right bike size and to have the best performance possible.

How the made-to-measure option works
Most riders find their position on a standard-size Beau Rivage, refined with the right stem, handlebar, crank length and saddle setback. For riders who want to go further, an optional postural analysis with our team in Monaco defines a made-to-measure geometry. The measurements are passed to our craftsmen in Italy, who build the carbon frame by hand.
The bike is then assembled, checked and adjusted in our atelier in Fontvieille. Five groupsets are available, from SRAM Force eTap AXS to Campagnolo Super Record 13, and colours, wheels and components can be explored in the Beau Rivage configurator.
