Accessing the Showroom
Once you arrive at the Le Triton building, there are two ways to reach the 5th floor:
- Via the Main Lobby: You can use the standard elevators located in the main entrance hall.
- For Cyclists: If you are arriving with a bicycle, we strongly recommend using the service elevator (freight lift). It is the most spacious and convenient option for you and your bike.

How does after-sales service work if I am far from the Stajvelo store?
Don't worry, you are never on your own. Stajvelo has a network of certified partners spanning across Europe. If you need technical support or a warranty adjustment, you can visit any Service Partner or Test Ride Center listed on our map. Our local technicians have full access to our support platform to handle your bike quickly, ensuring professional local service regardless of where you live.
Where can I park if I arrive by car?
The Fontvieille district has several public car parks in the immediate vicinity. The closest ones are the Parking des Papalins or the Fontvieille Shopping Centre car park, both located just a few minutes' walk from Le Triton.
How do I find Block C once inside the building?
Le Triton is a large building. The entrance to Block C is clearly marked from the ground floor. Once in the lobby, head towards the elevators at the back. If you are unsure, the building’s reception desk can guide you to the 5th floor.
Is the service elevator (freight lift) freely accessible?
Yes, the service elevator is accessible for transporting heavy loads or bicycles. If you are arriving with your Stajvelo for a service, we strongly recommend using it: it is more spacious, avoids crowding the passenger elevators, and opens directly near our entrance on the 5th floor.
Can I drop by without an appointment?
Absolutely! Our workshop welcomes customers without an appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Just come in with your bike and our mechanics will assess it on the spot. For a full service, you can also book online if you'd prefer a guaranteed time slot.
Is the showroom accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Absolutely. The Le Triton building complies with accessibility standards. Both the main lobby elevators and the service elevator provide smooth, step-free access to our showroom on the 5th floor.
