Where can I recycle my e-bike battery?

When changing the battery, you must recycle it. Please take a photo of the battery with its serial number for proof, this is located under the battery. You can usually dispose of the battery at a local recycling center (Recycling Center) near your place of residence. You can contact them directly for more information. Some stores that sell e-bikes also offer the possibility of dropping off used batteries for recycling. Of course, if you go to Monaco, you can also drop it off at our workshop where we will take care of having it recycled.

I changed my mind, can I return my purchase?

You have 14 days from receipt of your bike to change your mind and return it to us. Information regarding return conditions can be viewed on the Returns and Refunds page.

How long is my Stajvelo bike guaranteed?

All our models are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of two years, from delivery, with the exception of wearing parts which should be replaced as recommended in the user manual. In addition, proud of the quality of its products, Stajvelo guarantees 5 years, the seatpost, stem and handlebar.

Can I customize my bike when ordering?

All Stajvelo bikes are shipped as described on the Stajvelo website, or equipped with equivalent components. Indeed, Stajvelo reserves the right to substitute a component with another having similar or equivalent functional characteristics.

How much does it cost to deliver my bike?

The costs for a delivery in France are 70 euros. For other countries, please contact us directly by phone or from the Contact page.

In which countries are Stajvelo bikes delivered?

We deliver to the following countries : Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary , Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Turkey and Switzerland. Will I receive my bike already assembled?

For shipping, we remove certain components from the bikes such as wheels, pedals, seatpost, and handlebar. They will be delivered to you attached to the frame of your bike. Once delivered, assembling your bike is a quick and easy process thanks to the tools and user manual supplied with your bike. All of our e-bikes are delivered with the battery 45% charged.

Who is responsible for managing and settling taxes and customs duties when shipping the bike?

For deliveries within the European Union, there will be no taxes (other than VAT) or customs duties. Outside the EU, when importing goods into the country of delivery, it is your responsibility to clear them through customs. The amount of taxes and customs duties to be paid varies from one country to another and depends on the type and value of the goods, it is not possible for us to inform you of the exact amount of customs duties.

Can I cancel my order?

For all standard models purchased on our site, you can cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order. To do this, please contact our customer service via the contact form available on the website. You will need to enter your order number as well as the reason for your cancellation request.

Are you having a payment problem?

It may be because:
– Your bank has not yet authorized 3D Secure 2 authentication,
– Your credit card security check failed,
– The payment exceeds your credit card limit.
In any case, please contact your bank for assistance. However, you can easily pay by bank transfer, Stajvelo’s RIB is available on the site. And if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

What payment methods can I use to buy my bike on Stajvelo.com ?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. You can also rent your bike for a period of 24 to 36 months from our partner Locamotions. You can select your payment method during the last step of the online ordering process. For more information, see the Contact page.

What is the delivery time for my bike?

Bikes identified as being available in stock on our website are stored in the Stajvelo showroom, ready to be shipped within 15 days maximum. Note that these bikes are kept in our showroom in Monaco, it is also possible to buy them on site. We are waiting for you every day from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
