Delivery to your chosen Cycler workshop typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Once your bike arrives, the team will contact you to schedule your pickup appointment.

Yes. If you prefer home delivery, simply mention it in the contact form. We will arrange delivery and setup at your address in the Paris area.

Every Stajvelo is fully assembled, adjusted and checked by a Cycler expert before you pick it up. This includes a complete technical inspection, saddle height fitting, and a full walkthrough of your bike's features.

Yes. Cycler is your long-term local partner for the life of your Stajvelo. All four Paris workshops handle ongoing maintenance, adjustments and repairs — whether your bike is under warranty or not.
